  • best beef?

    Hey Sibil,

    Im about 28 weeks out from my show in October and I currently weight 225 lbs and am eating nothing but chicken and I would love to eat some beef especially post workout. In the past i've had lean ground beef but it just doesn't work that great on me. What beef would you recommend me eating? Thanks in advance.

          • Hi Sibil,

            Quick question. My biceps are lagging big time. Im a tall guy 6'4'' and my arms look so small compared to the rest of my body. My biceps just seem to grow so slow compared to everything specially my back and chest which are my strong points. Any tips on my biceps??

            Here is my workout schedule

            Monday - chest
            Tuesday - arms
            Wed -shoulders
            Thursday - back
            Friday legs

            I take the weekends off and do cardio for 30 minutes after i lift everyday.
            My Bicep routine looks like this

            warm up barbell curl 3 sets of 8.
            Then I go heavier on barbell curl for 3 sets of 8
            preacher curl 4 sets of 8
            then i do alternate dumbbell curls for 4 sets of 8.

            Please help!!!!

                            • Chest and Shoulders

                              Hi Sibil,

                              I need to add more mass to Chest and Shoulders. Currently I am training 4 times a week hitting each muscle once and focusing on compound movements. One week is high reps/low weight, and other week is low reps/heavy weight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
