    SQUATS!!! i truly believe that proper form during squats recruit the most muscle fiber in the quad than any other exercise. i prefer using a shoulder width stance to prevent myself from using too much glute or hamstring during the exercise

          • Jon - What would you recommend for someone who wants to utilize a post show rebound to gain some lean mass?

            Key word, LEAN...

            I know that a surplus of calories is needed to gain muscle, but is there a range above the maintenance level that you would suggest staying at and gradually increasing over time?
