        I'd rather see it on the Internet....gets to more people worldwide. we don't have the demographics to justify TV.

                    Hello Mr Cicherillo. Big fan here in Portugal and iīm glad you are now here.

                    I remember reading an interview you gave years and years ago and i still today wonder about that. You said that you donīt like to bench press and prefere to do dumbells flies. Did you gained that huge chest just with flies? I ask you this because i have wrist tendonitis and cannot bench press, but i can go heavy on flies and for chest thatīs what i do, incline, decline, pec dec, and so on.
