            Whats up Jason man I loved watching your vids alot of good info and congrats on the win. but I was going to ask you, I know you said your a volume guy, so how many sets/exercises do you do for you bodyparts as well as how many sets do you take to failure?

                thank you im glad you enjoyed it! as for my training theories i typicaly do around 4 to 6 sets per bodypart. but this all varires depending on the bodypart and if it is a weak point or not. every set i do i take to failure always!

                      seated leg curls, stand leg curls but i attribute the majority of my hamstring development to glute ham raises performed in a hyper extension machine, those really helped to add the size.

                              Congrats bro! Whats the main thing that allowed you to gain that much show muscle in a year! Insane. What was your off season body fat? "just a guess" I see alot of guys getting fatter now in the off season and having great gains in muscle mass.
