    Yes, I am not lying. They have gone head to head 12 times - (6 Os, 3 ACE, 2 Prague, 1 Kuwait Pro). Out of that Bonac beat Ramy on 2018 O and 2016 Prague, rest all he was beaten by Ramy.

    I just added a name or two into those stats, to put things in perspective.

    Big Ramy vs Rhoden = 6-6
    Big Ramy vs Dexter = 4-7
    Big Ramy vs Bonac = 10-2
    Big Ramy vs Roelly = 11-2
    Big Ramy vs Curry = 9-1
    Big Ramy vs Cedric = 7-0
    Big Ramy vs Beyeke = 4-0
    Big Ramy vs Kucklo = 8-0
    Big Ramy vs Josh = 5 - 0
    Big Ramy vs Victor = 9 - 0
    Big Ramy vs Akim = 2 - 0

    -------------------------------------------------------------
    Ramy = 2011 - 2012 amateur; 2012 pro card
    Bonac = 2008 - 2011 amateur; 2011 pro card
    Curry = 2003 - 2008 amateur; 2008 pro card
    Roelly = 2003 - 2009 amateur; 2009 pro card
    Cedric = 2007 - 2009 amateur; 2009 pro card
    Beyeke = 2007 - 2010 amateur; 2010 pro card
    Kucklo = 2004 - 2011 amateur; 2011 pro card
    Antoine = 2004 - 2012 amateur; 2012 pro card
    Josh = 2004 - 2014 amateur; 2014 pro card
    Akim = 2010 - 2013, amateur; 2013 pro card
    Sergio = 2006 - 2015, amateur; 2015 pro card
    Moore = 2013 - 2017 amateur; 2017 pro card

    Proves how dominant Ramy has always been and how young he is in relation to others into his career.

    Ramy started his amateur career in 2011, and the very next year he is a pro. On 2013, he places 8th in the Olympia after clean sweep win at NY Pro on debut.

    I see people often bring up Bonac or Roelly or Cedric like they have got more chance against Ramy, but the fact is he has been always miles ahead of them.

    Only Dexter has some edge over Ramy due to some of those controversial wins like 2016 ACE, but after 2016 Dexter has fell off.

          These stats are interesting thanks for posting foamroller...

          personally I think ramy has the best physique in the ifbb and he is my pick to win both the Arnold and the Olympia this year.

                I disagree. Why would you say that?

                And to answer the original question, I don't think he needs to win. You can't control what others look like. But he damn sure needs to come in on point.

                It's one thing to be beaten by someone who is better but to lose cause you came in looking like shit is another story.

                  He's still needs to work on the pose - he's tilted forward too much

                    It's must win
                    Coach hopping and lack of adherance in the last weeks have hurt him

                      We need a big MO!!

                      And frankly, it would be a shame if he didn't fulfill his potential.
