I got some really positive bloodwork back today - I’ve been aggressively attacking this thing with fasting, low/no carbs, high dose astragalus root, and the meds from the doctors office and it appears to be working. Far ways to go to be in remission but fuckin right !! Best blood work I’ve had by far since this started at the end of JuneEmbrace the douche

Timing, you ever heard of 'the wim hof method'? It combines breathing exercises, cold baths and some yoga and has influence on your nervous system/inflammation. Look it up. Maybe it can help you.
On another note: since MD isn't on tapatalk anymorzme and I don't like chrome to use MD. What do you guys use/recommend to view the forum?

Today is my 24 hour piss in a jug day lol should know results late tomorrow afternoon hopefully ... this is the big indicator. Protein spillage is the killer with this thing so hopefully it’s improved at least 25% like it looks like in the random urinalysis test from Wednesday (fingers crossed).
yall follow nationals this weekend? I felt like the line up in bodybuilding was decently stacked this yearEmbrace the douche

My improvements (most I credit to high dose astragalus root and fasting/no or low carbs/Eating natural and organic shit mostly, and dropping from 220 down to 195lbs):
August:
creatinine: 2.04 (Normal range 0.7-1.3)
bun: 44 (Normal range 0-24)
eGFR: 42 (Normal range to not have kidney disease is 90+)
Protein Spillage: 8632mg (normal range 0-100mg)
November:
creatinine: 1.31
bun: 25
eGFR: 73
Protein Spillage: 6450mg
My doctor is gonna lose his shit when I see him next lol this progress is unheard of with this disease. I should *not* be improving like this ... these fuckers will have to steal my methods and try it on other patients and write a paper on me. The hardest thing is to reach remission I need to get my protein under 1500mg. I think I can do that within six months if I focus and do everything absolutely perfect and push it.Embrace the douche

Pushing unnecessary drugs and not explaining how it all works to lazy patients who are unwilling to take things into their own hands. Diet, exercise, and the right mix of drugs and natural supplements seems to be the answer. I ordered EPO from a Turkish pharmacy with expedited shipping should arrive Monday if it clears customs (fingers crossed lol) gonna take my hematocrit from 37% and bump it up to 42-43% to stop this anemia. I normally am around 47-48% but I think 42-43% is acceptable for now (healthy males should be between 41-50%)

also x2 on the medical community, everything is setup for the laziest retard on the planet, they don't correctly explain their logic.... Treatments are set up with only the most lazy uncooperative morons in mind.
The one thing your wrong about is they won't write a paper or really take anything you say to them seriously re improvements they don't give a shit they just do what they do and will keep doing that.

Have your energy levels and dizziness etc improved?
