I got some really positive bloodwork back today - I’ve been aggressively attacking this thing with fasting, low/no carbs, high dose astragalus root, and the meds from the doctors office and it appears to be working. Far ways to go to be in remission but fuckin right !! Best blood work I’ve had by far since this started at the end of June

What's up guys? My latest scan show that my cancer has spread to about 15 different locations. Oncologist says there isn't anything that they can do for me. Now I have to find another place. This is my second doc already. Most likely I need to find a clinical trial for what I have as the standard treatments have not worked.

Going to see my surgeon tomorrow to see if he wants to remove any of the new stuff.

Next week I will get targeted radiation on my left hip as that is the only place that I actually have pain.

At this point I have no idea what's next after that.

It dawned on me today I'm calling younger people by their IG names as if they were fighter pilots. Instead of " Maverick " and " Cobra" it's oh that's " Carafit2612" and " Tylergunz"

I've been calling people by their IG names for a few years now - I see them at a contest and often I don't remember their real name. So it;s "Hey, TrenKing95!"

I've had a few gym interactions in recent years ,with various trainers, competitors , etc.
They know I'm older and don't use FB or IG, etc , so I call them their actual name.
( Hi Bill, how's the training biz? or Hey Jane , are you competing next fall? )

Unless I'm interacting on an internet forum, I refuse to pretend they don't have a real name and identity.

If you're on some social media, assume that world's ID.
BUT, in person , is meant to be real , NOT virtual.
