VERY comprehensive and practical.
In my case, my MAIN goal is drop several lbs of ugly fat ( *without chopping off my head)
So,I'll use the phase III diet outlines with a similar training split and cardio.
FYI, Covid cases are "off the chart" high now in Ga, but that will phase out by summer with the vaccine shots.
Until it's safe to hit the gym again, I'll be doing high reps in my humble home gym ( bow flex and DB's)
