        It's still a shit magazine, nothing to do with health promotion. And I'm not saying that fitness (not bodybuilding) magazines are perfect, but their advice and role models are much more helpful to the average person (who no are athletes/competitors).

              I don't think obese people should be ashamed of their bodies and feel like shit - BUT - don't be so delusional as to think you're not putting yourself at a massive increased risk for heart failure, diabetes, cancer, etc
