Love reading the passion and pride he has for making it to the open Olympia after qualifying in the NPC Team U ( over 35 div)
Refreshing to read about how the real battle is the day to day training, diet and staying the course.
The one question I asked every pro I saw doing a seminar was ; " Please outline your basic training, diet and lifestyle during contest prep."
Obviously bodybuilders use drugs and they make a difference.
BUT, even with great genetics , you still need to endure endless days of tedious diet and training to get a pro level physique.I saw a star, reached for it...and MISSED
