    Agree!!!!!

Brandon could do worse than take a page out of Dexters playbook........come in condition and play to his aesthetic strengths. There’s no point in trying to come in bigger to try and compete with Ramy on size. Dexter made a career out of beating people he shouldn't have because they came in off and he was always on.

If Ramy comes in a bit off a ripped and aesthetic Brandon beats him. No way Curry should be playing the size game.

      Hadi cannot be ruled out.

Great summary and advice. I can add nothing more of value.

Kamali did look great in 2001 at the Ironman, Arnold and Olympia.

Not so much after that. But 2001? Yes, absolutely. Awesome.

                    1. He only had 2001 where he looked good on stage in 3 shows, highlighted by a 5th place in the Arnold classic.
                    2. Entertaining? He posed like a bulky break dancer wearing a space helmet he bought at a yard sale.

Did Jay or Ronnie ever resort to those antics ?

With his poor genetics, seal skin and chicken legs, his better strategy to win a Mr. Olympia again is to weight at 500 lb at least.

I don't understand how this guy is a former Mr. Olympia and not guys like Roelly Winklaar or William Bonac for example.

What do you think about his leg training? I don't see hard and heavy work

                        Brandon Curry’s Leg Workout

Standing Leg Curls: 2 sets/10 reps (each leg)
Seated Leg Curls: 1 set/14 reps
Lying Leg Curls: 2 sets/7-9 reps
Vertical Leg Press: 2 sets/12 reps*
                        Belt Squats: 4 sets/7-9 reps*
Single Leg Squat: 3 sets/13-16 reps (each leg)
Single Leg Seated Leg Curls: 1 set/15 reps
Seated Leg Curls: 1 set/12 reps
