        Dude looks good nice work Matt. I'm assuming he didn't really have to kill himself during this prep. Seemed to have a decent starting point at 16 weeks out.

            He must make a SPECIFIC WEIGHT for his desired contest --- so yes,,, some extreme dieting has been involved to achieve weight of 156 lbs... he is 160 lbs in 16 days out.

            He is also just about out of BODY FAT --- he also eats bacon burger and pizza once a week since he can afford to.

                The thing that stood out to me the most except the waistline was his pecs. They've either improved a tremendous amount, or the loss of body fat made them stand out way more. Either way; looks great.
