              Matt i saw him at gym this morning... pics dont do him Justice as crazy as that sounds... ive never seen anyone walking around looking that shredded... i mean i have seen guys shredded like that at a show but never maintaining that condition for weeks on end... and every week he gets a little tighter! We are sponsored by the same company SSN and Justin has now set the Gold Standard for all of us to try and achieve as far as conditioning goes!!

                    Its Matt's crazy detail and you can tell how personal it is to him that I will join Team Porter for my next contest. I am still just trying to win a novice class but I think reached my ceiling without professional paid help.

                      418g carbs on tues and fri

                      cardio is coordinated to each diet menu --

                      INTERVALS Tues-Thurs-Sat --- TWO 20 minute sesssions

                      Mon-Wed-Fri-Sun is steady state at TWO 40 min sessions

                                We could always withdrawal blood for weigh in then re infuse it with a bunch of glucose, minerals, creatine, aminos etc..., and make him "explode" into his class
