    Im preping for my second competitionm my first one was 3 years ago. I'm about 18 weeks out, 208 Ibs at 5'8''. I'm very pale and because of the flash on my camera the photos are not that good but still hoping for some opinions.

    Good starting point for 18 weeks IMO. Whats your plan throughout?

        Thanks. For next 4 weeks I'll keep thing the way they are, because I'm pleased the way it's going. I'm currently cycling my carbs 200/300/400. I believe in the next 16 weeks I will lose around 20 pounds, so I will be peeled at 190 Lbs.

            Good luck with it, man. Keep us updated. How does your protein / fat look like along with carb cycling and will you keep it the pro / fat the same until the final weeks and then tweak those?

              Yes i keep my protein around 280g and fats between 60 and 80 grams..i don't change anything if it goes the way it suppose to..i make changes only if they are needed.

                        Based on the shape you're in you have plenty of time. I would start with just adjustments to diet and when that is not enough then add in some cardio.
