    yeah was scarey experience to say the least. But yeah he is home and doing well, he has acid reflux, but they have him on medecine for that. Other then that, he's doing great and getting big.

        quads: hacks 2 45's,3,3 and quater
        hams: lying leg curls 110,125,135
        calves: 1 45's (10 secs top and bottem hold),45 & 25, 2 - 45's
        shoulders: incline bench lying laterials

              Tommorow is same as today, low day, 45min am cardio, off day training

              This coming week changes...

              14wk out

              I been doing 45min am on low days, 30min am on med days...

              I will be changing this to...

              45min am & 30min pm on low days
              and keeping the med day cardio the same.
              2 of my low days are on off days, so will just help to burn calories if I was to train....

                Great physique!

                You seem to be pretty low on proteins, though - 1g/lbs BW is about the minimum, with 1.3-1.4 being better. You also seem to be pretty low on carbs this far out from your show. How much fat are you eating? What bodyweight do you plan to compete at?

                    Thanks Blade. I take in 1g bw on low days, .9 on med days, .8 on low days. I take in 50grams fat on low days, 30 something on med days, and fats are low as possible on high carb days. I probolly weight in the 190's.

                      Last friday I did another cheat meal. Celerbreted my b-day then. Last week I was getting brain farts...lol. Not eating enough fats, forgot to eat some fats in certain meals. lol, I gotta really think what im doing! lol.

                      For this week..(13week update) I dropped carbs on med days by 50 carbs. Now im taking in 180 carbs on med days as of now! I will post pics of my cheat meal later...

                      Yesterday (MONDAY)
                      med carb: 30 min am cardio
                      Quads - 22,315,405 (hacks)
                      Hams - 110,125,140 (lying leg curls)
                      Calves - 225,315,185 <- 10 sec holds top and bottem (did these on hack squat machine)
                      Shoulders - 45,55,25 <- really high like arnold did back in the day (db's over my head) (standing laterials)


                      Chest is bothering me a lil, so going to do light cable crossovers at the end of my workouts to see how that works.



                      As of today im 22 years old...IM OLD!!!

                        I just can't stand eating much protein! Just can't do it..I never been to high of a protein eater..That's why my protein isn't that high..

                          Today:
                          Med Carb - 30mins cardio AM

                          Back - weighted chins (25,35,45)
                          Bi - alt db curls (45,55,65)
                          Tri - pushdowns (115,145,175)
                          Chest - really light cause been bothering me. 1st set 20 pounds, 2nd and 3rd 25, just slow and control with pose from start to finish
                          Abs - ball crunches

                            Today was low carb day...

                            45mins am cardio
                            30mins pm cardio
                            AM cardio I always do bike, since I got one at the house. PM cardio as of now has been ellpitcal. But on weekends its bike again at the house.

                            Calves - seated calves 45's 10 sec hold top n bottem, 2 45's, then added quarter each side for last set.
                            Quads - hacks 315,405,495
                            Hams - adductor machine 240,275,305
                            Shoulders - lying incline laterials 40,50,60
