    So about mid way into the movie, I hear Tisa and Melina making noise in the kitchen...So I walk in after about 10mins to see whats going on..As I walk around the corner, They started singing happy birthday...As my cakes!!! were sitting on the table!!!

      Wow, I'm the the heart of my off-season and I don't even look at that much junk food in a month...

          Today: MED CARB DAY (30min AM CARDIO)

          Im going to write out my diet, give you guys little ideal what I eat.

          Meal 1 -
          5.5oz Chicken
          60carbs worth Gritts (splenda, cinn added etc..)
          Some veggies
          Some essiential fats

          Meal 2 -
          5.5oz Chicken
          Salad (waldens farm!!)
          Some Peanut Butter

          Meal 3 -
          5.5oz Chicken
          Asparagus
          Some Mac. Nut Oil

          Meal 4 -
          Whey Isolate
          40 carbs worth sweet potato and oats..(what I do is cook the sweet potato..slice it in the middle and stuff it with some dry old fashion oats...Tastes really good! add lil cinn in the inside also)
          Some veggies
          Some essientail fats

          Train

          Meal 5 -
          80 carbs worth Waxy Mazie, 5g bcaa, 5g glutamine, 5g creatine
          some veggies

          then little later 5.5oz chicken

          Meal 6 -
          5.5oz Chicken
          Salad (waldens farm)
          Some peanut butter


          My sodium is REALLY high as it will be all way thruought the prep. I cook my food with hot sause, soy sause, and jerk in a frying pan. When done then add meat tenderiser,onion salt, garlic salt, sea salt...then when I eat it, i throw mustard on it..

          I only have w.m.s on high and med days, as I get hungier I will drop it out of the med days and add in oats,potaotes etc....On high days I have it pre during and post....None on low days..

          As of this moruing I hit my lowest weight since dieting: 228...But still 3 pounds heavier then when I started lol...

          Workout today:

          Back: bent over rows 225,275,335
          Bi: hammer curls 70,80,90
          Tri: pushdowns 115,145,175
          Chest: still babying it, 15,20,25 cable crossovers
          Abs: 3 sets crunches


          Thinking next week switch pushdowns for skull crushers.

                Itīs good to hear from you again Mitch I used to follow your progress at bb.com in the old days when you where 17 or so....time sure fly by
