    My biggest focus has been building up my back and shoulders! Now, I just want to get harder. First pic weighed 112lbs Second Pic weighed 130lbs. My posing has gotten better atleast lol

        awesome job.. and dont be like a lot of figure girls and be afraid to train "heavy" thinking you will look like a bb.. It is very difficult for women to put on muslce.. so u must train hard and heavy .. good luck!
