  • Men's Bodybuilding I need feedback please!

    gimme honest opinions about it. Bodyfat is 13.7 percent ( calipered ) weight 222 pounds 6'1'' 20 years old. I know legs need work, im coming back from a groin and hip flexor tear.

        You are building a good base at 20 years old. Just keep hitting it hard and heavy. You need overall size because of your height, it will come with time. This is a marathon not a sprint.

          thanks for the reply! my first show is in the begining of september, ill probably in the light heavyweights. Any thoughts on what muscles i should pay certain attention to?

            You should compete in a novice class not the light heavyweights, if this is you first show. Keep hitting everything hard.
