  • WHO STARTED training when they where over weight

    How many people started working out when they where over weight?
    I just wanted to see how many of out there all started from the bottom.
    or are just starting.
    post pic's if you have them.

    Started at 200 pounds. After pic was 130. I've put on about 8 pounds of LBM since that after pic.

                  I just didn't want to be fat anymore. And not matter how hard it was or how long it took I kept thinking that today I am better than yesterday and I don't ever want to go back there.

                            Thanks guys. Skin just tightened up on it's own. Dunno how. I do still have some loose lower ab skin but it's better than carrying around all the extra fat.

                              WOW!!! You told me in another thread that you started training because you were overweight but I had no idea that the transformation was so dramatic!! What a great advertisement for the benefits of weight training for women!
