  • WORKOUT AFTER SURGERY

I just had surgery done yesterday and I've read that its recommended that you take at least 1 month off from the gym. I know some people have started back in 10 days to 2 weeks.

For those who have started, what was the intensity and volume like? What exercises were most comfortable?

Every surgical procedure is different and every patient is different. There is not a generic answer to your question.
