DR BLAU. Here's a question I received. Can you answer it?

    Dave,
Its been a week after my gyno surgery and im desperate to get back in the gym. I tried some hammer curls at my house just with 45lbs weights for like 10 reps and i didnt feel any pain. Would it be bad if i started working out now but very light and not doing chest? Or just wait another week or two to be on the safe side. Thanks for your time.

Hey Dave, I know you hate stimulants after reading through your forum but unfortunately I just finished a bottle of hydroxycut and then a bottle of hot rox(both stimulant based fat burners), but I just ordered a bottle of lipolyze and somalyze from your website. I'm gonna stick with your stimulant free fat burners from now on but do you think I am going to face any bad side effects when I discontinue the stimulants?

Maybe slight withdrawal for a day or two...........but, ultimately, you'll feel better, sleep better, and GROW better.

Dave, when using stevia, do you recommend stevia extract or stevia balance?
        STEVIA BALANCE tastes better.........use it!

If no chest exercise and a very light workout is done you can start about 10-14 days post op (This is a very general statment because each individual has different needs post operativly, and each physician has his own post up regimen).

gregg, I believe most have financing options, though the interest rates may be high if one has bad credit.

We do offer financing option and our patients use it.

If you wanna look "beautiful" you need to invest in yourself. Why else would a supplement company spend $20,000 advertising in MD mag every month? You have to INVEST $$ to make $$. Bodybuilders and FIGURE/FITNESS competitors need to make certains cosmetic improvements (gynecomastia surgery, breast implants, liposuction) to their body to improve their placings and "look". This often leads to more opportunities.

I agree Gregg, the average guy could find more usefull ways to spend $6600 US than worry about having their gyno removed particularly if the gyno is not directly impacting their health.

This investment is worth it only if the gynecomastia condition bothers you. One problem is that over the time it may increase in size. Other problems are possible pain and lactation(Discharge). Malignancy does exists in man but is extremely rare and if found it is usually in elderly people.
