    I have lost fat since the last time I took the pics, I went from a 39 waist to a 36 but did not see any improvement in the shape of them. My bf% is 18% I know I need to drop more but I don't think they will go down even if I do.

      Either way, looks like too much fat for whatever body fat you are. You're not a million pounds so I'd get them surgically removed. I have a similar case and they did lessen when I got down to really low bodyfat, but they were ALWAYS there a little and nobody wants to stay peeled year round

            Hey guys!!! I need help!! I'm a 22-year-old student. I've had gynecomastia since I hit puberty, that was around 1 years ago or more. Now I do want to get rid of it. From my readings on the site gynecomastiapro.com, I've learned that some anti-estrogen drugs can help. Should I try to do this without an operation?

              You hit puberty 1 year ago? Talk about late bloomer..damn!
