  • osteoarthritis in shoulder, any tips/feedback?

I'm 60 now and a coule years ago I was diagnosed by my MD doc with osteoarthritis in my right shoulder.
Yup, I have some " bone on bone" interaction there.

I don't want to ndergo a full shoulder replacement and I'm leery of the typical surgical procedures for arthritis issues.
A tear is different, but this seems more like wear and tear from decades of serious lifting.
I saw a star, reached for it...and MISSED

Have you ever tried CBD topicals? Because there is a lot of different studies, articles and videos which show that CBD creams and ointments could be a pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory treatment option for individuals living with arthritis.

But I think that before using CBD lotions you need to learn some basics and expert advice. You can find the ones at https://thecbdorigin.com/best-cbd-lotions/, it's a reliable source. Some of my relatives and friends always read it to check the latest news from CBD industry.

I have a suggestion. Don’t turn 61 ( I’m 60 too and in the same boat). I’m considering CBD oil.

Recently, in addition to my shoulder, my lower back hurts recently. What do you think this could be? I don't have very hard training on the upper body, I also use the special belt for back pain Ortorex https://ortorex.com/p/lumbar , but still I noticed that after I do strength training on my arms or squats with a barbell, my shoulders hurt and my lower back hurts. I will be glad to any advice on this.

I posted that in 2019, so I hit 61 and things got worse.
I may use CBD oil on my Johnson.

From osteochondrosis helps me CBD oil brand Blessed CBD. I do not know how much the brand affects the quality of the product, but since I have been using this brand for a long time, I can recommend it. If you are experiencing similar problems, then try CBD oils. Perhaps this will help you better than the usual ointment.
