          • I notice your not really a big fan of changing out movements. Do you do this incrementally? At all? How did you happen on this choice of exercise order?

            Im guessing plenty of experimenting.

                  Usually I just do what I feel like in the gym.

                  I came up with this order by experimenting until I found a order of exercises I enjoy and I stick to it.
