      So far, the 100 pound dumb bells for 6 reps per arm on hammer curls.

      I was actually happy with the 115 + my bw of 235 for 3 reps on pull ups as well.

        Hanging shrugs for set fo 15. Not really a weights or reps thing, but when I did them after warming up, I could feel my shoulder blades spreading and pinching, and the release of tension across my upper back was phenomenal. Just the decompressive effect of it was refreshing.

                      deadlift
                      545 for a deloaded triple
                      body weight apx 203
                      no straps
                      no belt
                      just a little bit of kickass

                      had one more easy but I am sticking to my plan... muuuhahaha!
