TJ Members Before and After Progress

Guys and Girls of the TJ section, let us take some time to reflect on our accomplishments and our relentless efforts to create progress in the gym bettering our bodies and our lives.

It is motivational to see how far we have all come in our journeys to achieve the perfect physique. I for one am in this game for the long haul and will probably be lifting for the rest of my life.

I thought it'd be cool for us all to post before and after shots and to keep this an active trend for the years to come.

Progress adds up slowly and usually goes unnoticed by our eyes unless we can look back at where we came from. I am better than I was last year, and will be better next year than I am today.

Take a minute to showcase your progress and pull out the old digital pictures that you took a few years back and share with us the accomplishments you have made. (Lifting videos then/now would be cool too).

I will post 2 pictures.

1 is back 1.5 years ago and the other is from yesterday. No Homo @ me wearing a cowboy hat in the second picture.
