Basically. Let's set some goals, either hit them, or be embarrassed.
What I am looking for is everyone to list one training goal and a time frame in which they will hit it...
After doing so we will let that goal sit here and I will make sure to call your ass out when the time fram is up...
Then you have to either post a pic, or video of you achieving the goal.
If you don't hit it, then you're subject to some hate, and will just be embarrassing yourselves.
In the end we will do this all in good fun, but hopefully it motivates people to be true to there word.

IN 3 months, I will bench press 420.
I will weigh 215 at a leaner bodyfat percentage that I am at now.
I will deadlift 620 in 4 months.
