    They might seem big now but it's cool how the size of the goals decrease as you work your way towards them

        • i am going to try man the dude who videoed me doing the 11 plates a side on squat machine for like 7 or 8 reps forget what I got still hasnt put it on youtube I saw him 2 days ago, an we did do a video with 550lb barbell for 12 an that never got put up so getting a little frustrated.
