          but, this is my life.... hello 2,000+ pins over the rest of my life.

          gonna try and hit the gym monday if i can (work has been really fucked up).

          • TRT is 200mg wk (doc prescribed)..... will be this way for 3-4 months before i up or add anything.

            today... bis, tris and calf.

            BD curl super set with french press
            3x 15-20
            30/20 45/20
            40/20 65/20
            50/16 85/22

            push down super set with EZ bar
            3x 12-20
            70/20 65/20
            80/20 65/17
            80/15 65 12

            donky calfs
            635 for 20
            545 for 15
            455 for 14
            365 for 12
            275 for 20 no rest, only long enough to strip weight then back at it.
            275 for stretch, 30+ sec... as long as i can take it.


            dont know BW didnt get on the scale, but im still way fat!

                    • Lol... 2years later I kinda have a real fire again.

                      ok a little catch up.... Out of the gym gfor a long time got up to a fat 260, started doin crossfit as a means of cardio so I could move some weight also. Down to 235 now I started liftin weight again and I'm really surprised how strong I still am... No where near my maxs but still better then 80% of the people in my gym.

                      front squat 405 fairly easy, maybe could have added 20-30 more for a real max but...
                      back squat 455 pretty easy also
                      bench 375 (paused) maybe 10lbs more for a max
                      incline DB 140s for 8 after 110s 120s and 130s
                      have not DLd yet but anywhere near 6 would be really nice, 585 somewhere ( I hope)

                      iv got video of all lifts if there are questions...

                      im doin this mostly due to the fact I'm goin to Vegas for the 4th of July and need to get this almost 40year old body back in pool side shape. I'm about 1month I will start a shic and have been on nothing but my trt dose sense I was put on it a out 2years ago.

                      im hoping to see good things happen.

                        • Since I've been doing the CrossFit for the cardio always been doing is a lot of high rep front squats so front squats has becoming easier and almost better thing for me then back squats.

                          I've been doing a lot of Amrap's with 135 for three minutes and in that three minutes time I can get 60 or more Front squats.

                            Couldn't go higher on weight due to the teres minor pain iv been havin. So no pull-ups either.

                            rear lats with mini monster band
                            3x20-30 (not hard just for pump)

                            gonna go to ight and try to do some legs...
