        Feel free to post some photos up, most of us regulars here have. The constructive input is a good thing, but depends on whether your focus right now is on PL'ing or more BB'ing/looking great? If it's PL'ing you know at the end of the day how you look is pretty much inconsequential.

                ^^^^ for calfs it was 30 sec stretch between sets with 30sec rest. Sorry...

                No gym today... Was planning to hit legs before the wife got home but when I got here she was here so I do em tomorrow.

                  Last night I did legs... Not alot but got some work done.

                  Front squats
                  135 10
                  225 8
                  275 4
                  315 65
                  225 33 <static hold at bottom for 3sec.

                  Leg press
                  315 15
                  495 12
                  605 1010
                  585 12+ 30sec static 3" from lockout

                  glut\ham raise
                  body (230) 12128 <all reps done with a slow neg. Portion.

                  Leg curls
                  70 15
                  150 20


                  I know the workouts are not much to look at now but they will get better.

                      It's the thing I do when my knee is feelin odd, full ass to grass don't bother it. For some reason on the last set of front squats (set of 5) I cut the depth witch fucked up the motion and almost didn't get back up... So I didn't try for the 6th

                        You crossing your arms or performing them Oly style? If you're crossing your arms you should try performing them Oly style with straps. It takes the pressure off the wrist and allows you to lift MUCH more.

                          Once I get goin with my numbers again I'll start postin videos from lifts and maybe a video of me posing.... Planing on leaning way out. I'd like to be a lean 235-240

                            The oly guy in the gym has tryed to get me to do it that way but my forearms are to long and the bar is jammed into my neck. Iv tryed just with the bar and it cuts the blood off to my head! Lol.... Can't do it.

                              Nice leg seesion dude. Front squats are a fucking bitch! I'm simply not built to do them...that and back squats...stopped doing them a long time ago. I've tried many times to get back to squatting and every single time it results in a fucked up spine/lower back and me cursing the fucking movement. Leg development has been just fine using various presses/hacks/extensions thankfully.

                                I agree, but I love the front squats...for some reason I can go so deep on those, much more so than regular squats.
