      Have you ever tried doing them like this?



      Many of my PLer and SM friend aren't able to perform them unless they use straps to help get into position.

        Yeah, iv tryed.... Arm don't work like that.

        In about 1hr I'll be in the gym doin back/bis and forearms, maybe some calfs....

          didn't do all the stuff I wanted but what I did I got a great pump! The pump on the bis was sick! The SD is workin.

                    iv been sick have not been in the gym sense the last back day, whatever day that was..... next time i do them ill post video.

                    this is gonna sound funny but im up to 234..... so in the less then 1wk of 60mg ed with very little work being done iv gained 5lbs! past 2 days iv downed the SD to 30mg sense i really dont know when ill be back in there. but iv got tons of the awesome stuff so......

                        went to the gym last night..... SD is still down at 30mgs

                        did some arms bis felt kinda weak but pump was sick....

                          Lol. Stupid SD pumps, ruining workouts..
                          Toss a bit of tren and dbol or adrol in with that and
                          You won't even be able to train, brushing teeth will be a workout lol

                          And probably good idea on dropping from
                          60, that's asking for gynos

                                Yeah, but you do them standing so you recruit your abs more than regular skullcrushers.

                                Kinda like comparing a Z press to a Military press.
