    I'm a member of this forum for a while now,I wanted to start my journal a long time ago,but anyway here we go!!!
    current stats:
    age 21
    height 5'11
    weight ~180-185lbs
    goal:gain mass
    4 years of training,I had the astonishing weight of 115lbs when i began

    Leg day:
    i have to clarify that in my first 2 years of training i neglected my legs big time...
    Warm up ~10min

    1.sguats
    1*12-70lbs
    1*12-110lbs
    1 12-150lbs
    1 10-200lbs
    1 8-250lbs

    2.Hack-Squats
    1 13- with 13,i don't know the exact weight,bc there are only numbers from 1 to 24
    1 10-15
    1 8-18,drop the weight to 14 for another 12reps

    3.Leg extensions
    1 15-104lbs
    1 12-168lbs
    1 20-168 lbs then drop the weight to 104lbs for another 10reps
    Quad stretching

    4.Leg curls -again don't know the exact weight
    1*12-5
    1 12-9
    1 10-10
    1 6-11,drop the wheight to 9 and did 4 more reps

    5.stiff legged D-lifts
    1 12 70lbs
    1 12 110lbs
    1 8 125 lbs

    6. Calf raises on Hack Squat DC style
    1 12-18
    good workout,even though i have flu

            I'm from Transylvania,Romania but i'm a hungarian ,you know in the first WW Hungary lost a lot of his territories,including Transylvania

              Morning abs workout
              3*20 dumbbell oblique side bends (for each sides)
              3*25 ab twist
              1 * 20 leg pull ins
              isometric vacuum pose

              later in the day i will do delts-triceps

                    Impressive weight gain. 115 to 185 will make you look like a different person.

                            This week a had to go 4days in a row in the gym,bc of various reasons,anyway I was tired as fuck but i still managed to do an almost solid workout

                            1.Close grip pulldowns
                            1*15-77lbs
                            1 12-110lbs
                            1 10-144lbs
                            1 6-166lbs,then drop ro 132lbs and did another 4-5

                            2.Bb rows
                            1 12~110lbs
                            1 10~154lbs
                            1 5~200 lbs

                            3.Db rows
                            1 12~70lbs
                            1 10~92lbs

                            4.Db Pullovers
                            1 12~58lbs
                            1 10~70lbs
                            1 6~92lbs

                            5.Bb Shrugs
                            1 12~110lbs
                            1 10~200lbs
                            1 7~265lbs

                            6.DC Style calf raises
