      Will get vidz, dont know how many people will turn up. my fam lives far away but my one friend is coming to spot, guess I could ask someone in the crowd.\

      Lets get more in depth....

      What should I eat the day prior, heard lots of high sodium foods?

      Should I stick to shakes or whole foods day of, I remember you guys said nothing that makes you full and bloated.

        Easy 335 x 2 cgbp today

        not doing a ton of sets though....

        Need some help...my glute hurts after deads.

        Worked up to an easy 545 which I might open with if not more.

        However, glute feels like shit...

        I got 11 days out....was thinking not doing dead until meet day.

        Opinions?

          NO MORE DEADS!
          Eat what works for you. I used to try and do weird shit but anything out of the ordinary just seems to screw with me. I do love some sodium so if there are higher sodium things you like go for it. DRINK plenty the day before and day of!

                  seems to be on track I think.
                  I am VERY sore today from my squats on Tuesday though.
                  I will NOT deadlift this friday, and honestly I think I will skip squats next Tuesday and do both moves on Friday Oct 26th. Probably a pretty brutal day. Then the following Friday Nov 2nd i will just do my SQ and DL openers.

                  Hows your training going?

                    Head is a bit messed up today for some reason, torn in 2 directions:
                    -Time to hammer it because there are only 2 training weeks left
                    -Time to ease up because there are only 2 training weeks left
                    Lol
                    I know the answer though. Time to ease up. My body hurts and it's telling me so. I need rest, especially since I am "dieting".

                    Going to write up my last few weeks of training and figure out what days to put what lifts and start tapering down to the meet.

                      Well I have 9 days to go...

                      Lifting light is a mind fuck, like I feel unproductive not going balls to the wall, but I guess it'll pay off.

                      Glute feels solid...gunna do some pump shit today...

                      And keep everything down for the next 9 days. Maybe openers 5-7 days out and then take off until the meet.

                          Have to write some stuff up to keep myself on track but i will do some pretty heavy sq and dl next week (maybe all out doubles triples or even singles, depends on how I feel) and then the following week i will only work up to a single at 90% (which would be my openers). I will also be squatting and deadlifting on the same day so that my pc has more time to rest and heal. My bench opener will most likely be on Monday or Tuesday the week prior to my meet.

                              lol, 90% is kinda standard over here. What do you open with?
                              Typically 90% is a weight that you could hit for a triple.
                              My deadlift will actually be slightly lower since it's at the end of the meet I figure i will open that one just a touch easier.
