        Yea dude. Will do.

        Hit my bench and squat openers with ease today. 340 and 405.

        Glute is still feeling funky so I'll be rolling it out with a PVC pipe and then resting it up all week. Icing too.

        Was very happy with the squat though. Felt like warm up weight.

          See if you can get some voltarin. It's a strong anti inflamm and will help it heal quicker.

              You either get it with a script from a doc or you find it online. I get a bunch every time I go overseas b/c I don't need a script when I'm overseas.

              You could also get some screaming toast. It's an ointment that causes localized inflammation which rushes blood to the area making it more mobile. It also makes the area VERY hot b/c of the ingredients. Most lifters I know use it and it helps a great deal.

                  I have to bench tomorrow and I am thinking about working up through some doubles til I fail...
                  From that point on, I have my numbers planned out up to the meet.

                          You gotta focus on that squat. It should be up where your pull is. Check out your shins/knees. They're shooting WAY to far forward. You need to be sitting back more and not sitting down.

                            Yeah, I gotta try and get my arse out and open my hips more. Definately my focus is to continue to bring this up now, I'm not worried about my bench or deads. Thanks

                              weight is holding steady. (216.4 today)
                              squats and deads tonight. Easy though, some light sets of 4s (hopefully easy).
                              diet is off for the next 4 days but I won't go too crazy. Lots of stuff going on here for the lil guys Bday so I am not going to stress over food. Monday morning I will be right back at it.
