  • Canis trying to become something journal

    So I'm going to give this a try to help me stick better with my routine.

    For now my weight is alot less then usually, not sure what it is though will check after training today.

    Current split

    Monday: Chest
    Tuesday: Deadlift, Back and Hamstring
    Wednesday: Arms
    Thursday: Quads and Calves
    Friday: Delts
    Saturday: Back and Arms
    Sunday: Rest
    TEAM QUADRO!!!

                        Thanks! I have always been very glad about my shoulders. But I just think the arms are good in this pic. They are actually not good at all.

                          Well that pose brings your arms out at least. Are you focusing on two different type of back days? Heavy day, light day? Or changing all exercises each workout? Just curious

                            after deadlift I do alot rows, seated standing dumbell and barbell and than on saturdays I focus on pullups and all kind of pull downs. Wide, narrow etc..

                              Was suppose to do arms but after work I had short time so I only did biceps and forearms
                              this will be new writing down the weight because I never focus on the weight I use

                              Dumbell curls
                              22 x 10
                              22 x 16
                              35 x 16
                              52 x 8
                              60 x 8

                              Barbell curls superset with hammercurls

                              I did 5 sets always the same weight extreme slow on the negative in the barbell curl

                              88 x to failure
                              With a 22lbs plate for hammer curls to failure

                              Spidercurls

                              55 x 16
                              55 x 16
                              55 x 16

                              Overhead cable curls

                              15 x 16
                              15 x 16
                              15 x failure
                              15 x failure

                              Than some minor forearms exercise to finish
