Since I've gained roughly 30 pounds from 165 to195 since April It's time I readjusted my calories. I started off with about 2300 calories a day 180-195 grams protein and adjusting fats and carbs as my body needed to throughout the week.
I've bumped up total intake to just under 2600 calories.
In theory this SHOULD bring me up to 215 if all goes well within the next 6 months. Keep in mind guys this is an OFF-SEASON diet this is NOT pre-contest or a "cutting diet" at all for a guy my size.
Current Daily Macro-nutrients are:
235 grams protein from meats, whey, and casein sources.
255 grams carbohydrates from fruits and starches.
70 grams fats from whole eggs, meats, and dairy.
Weekly Grocery List Looks Like This:
3 dozen eggs (4 per day) $6.00
14 pears (2 per day) $9.70
14 Apples (2 per day) $14.11
14 Bananas (2 per day) $2.57
42 Oz Sweet Potato Fries (6 oz per day) $10.50
7 Pounds Chicken Tenders (1 pound per day) $25.00
14 Cups Greek Yogurt w Fruit (2 per day) $10.00
1 True Nutrition Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Ultra Grade (1 scoop per day) $34.68 -Purchased only once per month
Weekly Total: With 1 month protein: $112.56
Total without protein: $77.88

I already know I'm not the "superstar" most youtubers are so I was hoping to at least be one of the most technical and informative Because lets face it, we don't really learn shit watching Kali Muscle or even Christian Guzmon doesn't really teach us a whole heck of a lot. I figure I could at least do that part.
but yea, you're exactly right though.

Open Question though: About the video quality itself, does anyone have any advice or tips to make it better like perhaps the angle in which im filming or any transition effects? Basically I dont have a camera man I just use one of those super flexible tripods I can literally put it damn near anywhere. Also I dont know how to do color correction or any of that. So basically the videos are damn near uploaded completely raw. Minus basic transitions and cutting out a few seconds here and there between sets and what not.
Do you guys like how I only film the last two sets or should I do first and last?
I'm open to any ideas. My intent and hope is that these videos really take off. So naturally I want to make quality content but video is brand new to me. Again I will credit anyone who's advice I take.
Thanks yall. My log is on 5 other forums and you guys have been the most responsive so far. Which tells me that you guys are real quality people. Anyways I dont mean to ramble. Yall take care and gave a good day. Thanks.[/QUOTE]
Angle seems fine. But, if you are wanting these videos to take off; you will need to learn more about the editing and all that good stuff to bring in your audience. Not to say your videos are boring, but they look plain compared to the top youtube channels. I wouldn't worry about these type things, however; you seem like you want these to do really good, so that needs to be of some priority.
Also, you need to find your niche like most of the other youtubers have. Something thatll make people want to watch your channel. May want to try a transformation type thing to motivate others, etc... Also, talk about nutrition and other things besides just the training.

Also curious as to why you do the same amount of volume for chest as you do for back?
