  • 1-21-14 Powerhouse Gym Flint 6:30pm
    I love training at this gym, great atmosphere with plenty of weight and equipment

    Hammer wide Chest Press 45x20, 70x15, 90x12, 135x8
    Incline Barbell press 135x20, 225x15, 265x8, 275x6
    Machine Fly 4 sets, 20,15,12,8
    Icarian Machine Press 4 sets, 20,15,12,8
    Pushups 20 reps, then 3 sets of 15 with 45lb plat on back

    I did not remember the weight on the Fly and machine press, but obviously increased the weight on each set.

    I felt great so decided to do the pushups with my feet on the tire. pushups are easy, so I added the plate to my back to make it harder.

    • The plan is to do shoulders today, and back tomorrow. Legs are still sore, and now chest is too! Feeling good. Trying to pin down a show to commit to. Right now I am thinking sep 27 in Michigan. We will see how my body responds to that.

        I was tired but this felt good. I am ready to eat. Diet is good, not super clean, but not bad either. I am going to clean it up 100% in two weeks and be on point.

        • This has been a tough week to get workouts in. I did shoulders the other day. Yesterday did chest.

                • Friday and Saturday I ended up not eating enough at ALL. Busy at the gym and skipped too many meals. So Sunday had some cheat food and increased the grilled chicken too. Today so far has been perfect. Now about to hit legs !
