      • Being here in Floydada is really putting a hamper on my workouts !! The gym is not open on the weekends, so I go when I can !!

              • Still live in Vegas, but visiting Texas for temporarily. We started working with Jenny Lynn in a new supplement company, so we are getting it going out here. We should be back to Vegas soon, and will be promoting the crap out of it there!

                      • So the weight room is closed until Friday !! There was a track meet yesterday and tomorrow, so I am only able to do cardio now ! Yesterday I did 30 tire flips, then 2 miles of intervals.

                              • Had a great back workout at FHS. My wife and I officially started the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge today. We decided to restart today so that when we finish, it would be closer to our anniversary. I also started using an app on my phone to track my workouts, so if it does not get too tedious, I will keep doing it .
