Allen Baria has got to be the strongest bencher I think I've ever seen. Incredible freak strength.

What I love about these vids being posted here is that there's no stupid jackasses from the no bull section posting ridiculously stupid comments about these lifts. Great stuff. Awsome videos btw. Keep em coming.

Not a video, but I thought this was a cool photo:

An old photo of Louie Simmons from around 30yrs ago. Look at his form ~ wrists back, elbows tucked in and back arched and tight.

Tjoe, good videos posted, man. I never knew who C.T. Fletcher was until just now. Also, that pause Hoornstra made was fucking unreal! BTW, to all who posted videos, I'm surprised I didn't seen any of Efferding's lifts.

I posted Big E hitting 725 in a Titan RAM a couple pages back.
This is 765 in a Maddog Slingshot.
Not sure if the different equipment is better or he is getting that much stronger!!
                        Check it out:

I did ask him which one he likes better since training in both and he recommended the Maddog Slingshot.

                          Hi,
I'm a Dutch Strongman (just a beginner...) and this is where I train

Soon, I'll post some more videos.
