  • Count me in.

So after getting completely burnt out and losing my mojo a little I am back on the warpath to get some redemption.

Looking to improve on my lifts (especially my squat), I will be back to defend my 2011 raw powerlifting title this December. Video blogs will be back on the cards soon so stay tuned

Thanks man. I don't think I have maxed out my lifts in the 130-145 class so I plan to still compete in there for a while. As far as I am aware I still hold NZ raw records for the bench, DL and total for that class ~ the one guy that beat me this year ended up being moved up a class as it turned out they had screwed up his weigh in and he was actually a shade over 147lb.

The greater danger is not that our aim is too high and we miss, but that our aim is too low and we hit

The break was much needed and I am sure I will have benefited from it.

Thanks MOB, hopefully I'm up against a few strong guys again. My class is normally quite competitive as there's not such a big difference in the lifts compared to the bigger guys.
