        • Below are some of my best squats weights and reps
          315x40
          405x30
          500x20
          600x10
          730x2 (on a smith machine, knee issues, didnt want to walk back and forth with it)

            max squat 425

            My max is 425, but in the future I plan to start hitting some big numbers.........
            as of right now, I can't even go near the squat rack because of the partially torn pec injury I suffered a couple of weeks ago
            upon my return I'm going to give the westside method a try
            I'm also going to use a slightly narrower stance than traditional one used by the majority of powerlifters, My reasoning is to avoid injury since a wider stance strains my inner thighs

            I'm anticipating some big gains due to the fact that my body is unfamiliar with dynamic training and because my routine usually consists of higher reps falling into the 10 to 20 range

                            • Been doing alot of box squats since i hurt my knee some time back, I find going down to parallel with a box doesn't give me any knee issues. Once my knees have developed some strength I'm going to switch back to my ars to the floor squats.

                              I weight 157 pounds, and am 5 foot 6. My squat [box] for 10 is 5 plates. I can do 6 plates for 3 and managed 6 and half for one.

                              But that felt as though I was being sunk into the floor.

                              I only wore a belt for 6 plus, no straps, no suit just me and what God gave me.

                              Once I can get 5 plates for 15 or possibly 20 I'm sure I can squeeze out 7 and I'm natural never touched no gear, at 5-6% bodyfat.

                                Are you saying that your box squat is 6 plates per side [585 pounds] or 6 plates total [315].
