                      so stats, 17, 197lb @ 12.7% bf, 5,6 1/2

                      315lb x 6
                      405lb x ? ill know 2marro

                      even though i have strong legs squats were always a week lift, i have horrible balance. i also cant go past paralle i get extreme knee pain even if im only doing 135lb for reps. ill put up a video if i get 405lb hoping!!

                        Hit a PR today on squats. I've been following HOSS since September and when I started my squats were 245 x 5. Today I hit 365 x 1. No wraps, only a belt.

                            last week 495 for a double followed by 365 for 10
                            this week it was 5x5 on the HAck squat with 3 plates a side (our hack squat machine is HEAVY)
                            Keep at it, that 325 will go!

                              I know what you mean....I've used hack squat machines at some gyms where 5-6 plates/side feels like 3 plates LOL ours feels VERY heavy too....the most I usually go up to is 4 plates/side but usually go right to 3 for my sets after all the squatting I do.
