    • Did 485 for a double last night, at 172lbs...that's the same weight I pulled at my meet in June but at 183lbs...and for a single.

        Good work, that's impressive pulling and a nice strength improvement. What do you attribute it to?

        • Honestly, I took it easy for a while; still training but wasn't going all out then about a month ago got fired back up and started actually "trying" again.

          Even though I'm happy I am thinking of trying the 5/3/1 stuff. I just got his book and do like it.

          • Happy with pulling a 3xbw raw deadlift at my on December 1st (418 at 139bw). Looking at the video I had a little more in me as well, chasing that 440lb/200kg now... hoping to get it at my next meet in April.

            • A few weeks back I pulled 505 at 195. First time I pulled 495 I was 205. Cut down to 185. This was very shortly after I started eating everything again.

              • My deadlift is my worst compound lift, probably maxing at 525lb right now RAW at 210lb

                • Don't look bad bro...

                  Be sure to work your posterior chain. Ie gluts,hams and spinal erector muscles, I would also say traps and rear delts. A well put together back will make for a strong pull.

                  • Strong but you need to get closer to the bar. Your start is way far away. Also think of pushing your hips forward as soon as the bar his the knee area. Hard to do right now with hip drive because you are pulled forward so much with bad bar positioning.

But sense I know you will not do anything but tell me I'm a ass or somethin like that I'm gonna wall bullshit on you.......again!
