strained my lumbers twice. I moved to missouri and lost my training partner who was an amazing lifter. I can't seem to find a gym with platforms and its hard to control that much weight on the decent. I'm not able to push myself as i normally would. Stress ahs a lot to do with it to.

Nice deadlifts...good form You did them so easily that I have to admit I tried counting the plates like 10times LOL at first it looks like there might be only 3 or 4x45's/side and then I noticed how they sort of lock in together. With 6x45's/side I'm use to the bar looking like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GU1VH...eature=related LOL....the weight takes up the whole end almost.

Good job man!!! how old are you?

Thanks man i'm 26, yeah i hate those plates they are the interlocking ones and they are nothing but a hassle to try and line them up. They don't even work any better then regular ones.

LOL - I hear ya bro....this one gym I worked out at briefly, years and years ago, had something similar. I hated them. I love the good old 45's that are nice and thick....it creates a pile of metal at the ends of the bar haha it looks so badass when you get up to 5x45's/side....and going up 6x45's/side and more is just SICK SICK SICK. I've got 20x45's in my strongman lair....nice and rusty and worked in

hardcore rusty weights, just the smell gets me pumped.
If I get a chance i'll have to take a picture of a 80 pound dumbbell my dad made in the late 70s from a train wheel straight corners and the golden rust color of train wheels.
