    • Competition bench of 505lbs once. I claim 500lbs because I have hit that mark at 3 different competitions.

            • Hit 445lb at the end of my work out today, very clean. Happy with it as that's about 10 weeks back in the gym after a couple months off for a hernia surgery.

              Looking for 455 by the end of the month and hopefully 500 in the summer months

                  225 the first marker - "yea I workout"
                  315 the second marker - "I'm legitimately strong... or did my first cycle"
                  405 the third marker - "I'm the strongest guy in the gym, the other guy who benches this is over 300lb so it's not impressive"
                  500 the fourth marker - "and on the seventh day I rested"

                    my personal best is 440lbs so we see what happens, I'm just starting again after I break I had to take after a car accident, so let's just see.

                    • Had to take some time off for a pec injury so had about two months off training chest. Kinda having bad luck had a few months off completely end of last/beginning of this year for hernia surgery, now a couple months off chest training for a pec issue...

                      So far a few weeks back

                      Week 1 - 325x6
                      Week 2 - 365x6
                      Week 3 - 385x3
                      Week 4 - 405x5 (Personal best for a set of 5)

                        • Never liked this lift, the most I ever did was 225lbs for 12 reps, but I never maxed out.
