    This. Only time I train longer than an hour is when I train with a few of the powerlifting guys, just cos it takes longer to get through the sets.

                I read somewhere that natural bodybuilders will start to lose muscle if they train for longer than an hour, because the muscle gets catabolized or something. I can't remember where I read it, I was Googling something about bodybuilding and ran into that article.

                  wether i'm on gear or not i usually only train for 40 minutes,goes pretty fast since my rest times are 45-60 seconds

                    depends on my current split, when i do standard 1 bodypart a day it is usually 60 mins. when i do a powerlifting/bbing hybrid split more like 1 hr 15

                      I train for right about an hour...only time its longer is if I am doing cardio after...

                              Depends, i usually work one body part at a time for at least 60 mins. If i'm working legs it's anywhere from 1.5 - 2 hrs. If i feel like over training I will left twice a day
