      Every time I do overhead db extension I pull/strain something in my ab's? Yet there my favorite.

        Skull crushers around the head (i.e. lying triceps extentions)

          All you need is skullcrushers, close grip bench and overhead dumbbell extensions. I started doing these 3 exercises for 4 sets each of between 6-10 reps instead of some of the smaller unilateral movements and my tris have been growing a lot. And I mix up the order or them and also the skullcrushers I'll do flat, decline or with my elbows back more.

              Skullcrushers, close grip presses, weighted dips........ 3 of these = size..enough said...

                Incline skullcrushers superset 10-12 reps close grip then as many as I can get wide grip. Don't even sit the weight down, I change grips in the air.
                Part of me thinks I'm a loser, the other part thinks I'm God Almighty.

                        i done skullcrushers today which i dont normally do

                        i dont really feel that pump from them as i do with say rope exstentions

                          try doing them on decline bench and finish slightly behind your ahead not right above it .. my favorite exercise and i have seen great gains since i started doing them .. absolutely hated skullcrushers

                                Yes weighted dips is great and i feel my tris alot more with dips than any other tri excercise
