You will love it, 24 hour Dining Facility/Chow hall, 24 Hour gym, When I was there in 07 they couldn't keep protein on the shelves!!

I hear you can go off base and things. Can you PM me? And by the way I was TDY at OSAN for UFL back in Aug 08. Lifted in the gym there. Saw a few funny people, like a guy who was rather large (fat) that was using way more weight than he can handle. Met a couple cool guys there. One was a Guamanian kid bodybuilding and the other was a pretty large Samoan SF kid. Both real cool. LOVED the gym there. Worked the hell out of them dusty 150's on the bench.

im here right now, there are 3 gyms open 24 hrs a day!! 3 chow halls "all you can eat" depending on what diet you will be on the only thing that is consistant every day is bonless skinless chicken, you can eat as much of it as you want... protein does soemtimes run out, i get mine in the 25lbs bucket to prevent that. let me know if you need anymore info

Yep, been there 4 times and the protein goes very fast. Chow hall has all the chicken breasts you can eat and cottage cheese on the salad line most days. My advice...use the Ops Town gym, much less crowded. Yes, there is less stuff to use but the Coalition Compound gym is packed pretty much 24/7. I have seen the new gym in the new housing/dorm area but never worked out there.
My .02 cents bro. I have spent 18 months total there so PM me if you have any more questions. Lots of time in that place, at least it's got all the basic creature comforts that most other AOR bases don't.

I'm here 6-7 months a year every year. They have some gays ass rules but it's not too bad, it just gets old. They have gotten more diverse with the protein you can buy here but I still have the wife send mine. They have shifted to more BSN products over Muscletech so that's good at least if you get in a pinch and need to buy your stuff there.

I miss the Died. All the food a gym rat could eat and more! The OP's gym was the best, except when training legs. I always went to the CC gym for leg day. I did walk in the Beautiful People's Club gym once and I noticed they did have a wide variety of equipment. I hope I get to go back some time!
