    Movements where you use your entire body in unison would probably best. The reason is that strong power punching is a cooperation of your legs, hips, shoulders, arms and even you hands all working together with speed. Explosive exersises are what I was told to do! If you want to be slow then train slow if you want to be explosive then train that way! Just my thoughts, good luck brother, and remember it aint the caboose that kills ya!

      Turn all your rotator cuff muscles into steel...high reps/low to medium weight...try all the different variants...you should be able to jab for a long time...crisply and with snap...intercostal muscles a good idea too...weight train to the point of crossing lactic acid threshold and into anaerobic heart rate...not bad to get to point of gargling puke...lots and lots of intervals...and supersets!
      This is a language up with I cannot put.
