    but the thing is that iv been to weights at 72-73kg for a few years it's just over summer i got injured and wasnt able to run for a while and my diet went right out the window and i put on almost 10 kgs. i lost 6 of kg now it's just a matter of losing the rest + more for my own well being and goal. it's achievable just requires hard work.

      You don't need anything... just do sports and excercise... DON'T REACT WITH FOOD... meaning - dont go on a special diet..!
